Video 1 info (stretching/movement) -
So this video shows a stretching/movement routine that focuses on full body health. Note that this should take about 20-30 minutes. (Video is only about 11 minutes long because I didn’t do each side of my body or full number of repetitions, I wanted to keep the video shorter for you)
For each stretch I want you to hold the stretch for about 8 seconds then relax for a few seconds then repeat 3 times total. For each movement (neck rolls, wrist rolls, etc) do the movements 5 times on each side.
Go slowly through each movement and stretch within a comfortable level. Don’t do any movements or stretches to the point where they are hurting.
